Bank Agency, Advertising Billboard

We were asked to design a bank in a heavily billboarded street. Our clients main concern was the visibility of their building. As a result, a huge roadside billboard was also required to assure their visibility.
How could the new bank be an excellent, efficient agency as well as an advertising platform superior to those surrounding it? 
The project deals with that challenge by transforming the bank and advertising billboard into components that compliment and elevate one another. A powerful billboard that establishes the presence of the bank in the street without detracting from the public space. A bank agency as transparent as it could be.
